AIC Mindset is dedicated to assisting college students and professionals prepare for success by equipping them with the appropriate set of tools for their professional and personal development. We believe this all starts with the mindset that you adopt, the mindset that you implement and the mindset that you continue to challenge and change.
With the constantly changing market and the increase in competition, the right mindset must be developed to thrive in distinct phases of your life - whether that be if you’re unemployed, currently employed in a profession, or looking to transition careers.
Amir Ismail Founder, CEO
Amir Ismail has extensive experience in consulting and strategy functions, supporting high impact teams and business units. Providing his services for companies such as Johnson & Johnson, the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) & Bank of America (currently a VP). Holding distinct roles has propelled his work in cross-functional initiatives across process improvement, strategy, consulting engagements, forensic investigations and due diligence assignments. The types of clientele served range from large financial institutions, private equity firms, to health care payers and retail pharmacies.
Amir is driven by the opportunity to influence lives and motivate others to bring out the best possible version in themselves by adopting new forms of thinking, implementing strategic practices and challenging their mindset. Being a first-generation college student himself and having limited resources and mentorship has motivated him to start his own entrepreneurial venture, AIC Mindset, which specializes in leading clients to develop a strategic direction to land jobs, transition or advance in current roles through individualized coaching sessions and providing critical tools to navigate the challenge at hand.
Amir is extremely involved in pro-bono efforts, as well. Through leadership boards, mentorship and volunteerism, he gives back to his community by serving underprivileged students. He is most passionate in working with students in areas concerning professional and personal development.
