Over my professional career, I have developed extensive experience in consulting and strategy functions, supporting high impact teams and business units. I have worked for companies such as Johnson & Johnson, the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) & Bank of America (currently a VP in Finance).
I started AIC Mindset because I have seen how important it is to develop a compelling narrative and how taking the right steps in your job search and understanding your 'Why' can lead to significant career growth. Having switched career numerous times and having been hired by 100+ clients, I have developed a framework that has been tested and proven for those that are looking to create a strategy around their next step in life.
I am driven by the opportunity to influence lives and motivate others to bring out the best possible version in themselves by adopting new forms of thinking, implementing strategic job search practices and challenging them on how they think differently about the their careers.
Lastly, I am extremely involved in pro-bono efforts, as well. Through leadership boards, mentorship and volunteerism, I thoroughly enjoy giving back to my community by serving underprivileged students. I am most passionate about working with students in areas concerning professional and personal development.
