With the help of the non-profit America Needs You and the New York Giants, we were able to raise $60,000! Funding went towards ANY, a program that fights for economic mobility for ambitious, first-generation college students.

The local ALPFA Charlotte invited CEO, Amir Ismail, to key the opening remarks as well as introduce a group of women leaders across numerous industries and professions to serve on a panel. The topic of the summit was 'The Roadmap to Power' and to hear live testimonials of how women leaders have reached key positions of power.

We participated in the Multi-Cultural Leadership Summit at Wingate University, NC. I had the opportunity to join 5 student leadership organizations and keynote a discussion on teamwork, collaboration and leadership. The purpose of the summit was to bring together student leaders from diverse backgrounds.

In August 2019, Amir Ismail (CEO) was invited to participate on a professional development panel at the National ALPFA convention with Bank of America.
